We take pride in the support we provide our physicians:

• Compensation – 'New’base salary starting at $320k

• Residency/Fellowship stipend - up to 45k; available up to 18 months prior to graduation, paid in lump sum

• H1B visa eligible at Geisinger Kulpmont, Tunkhannock and Lewistown clinics

• Annual Geography stipend – guaranteed for two years - $20k at Kulpmont and $10k at Tunkhannock and Lewistown

• Up to $250k recruitment incentives

• Continuing medical education – 15 working days and $4,500 CME funds

• Fully paid relocation

• 401k – Geisinger annually contributes over $15k
