Responsibilities:

To provide patient care duties in compliance with standards of professional nursing practice in a respectful, safe, individualized manner, which will aid the patient in attaining and maintaining an optimum level of health.

Education Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Eligible for CMA certification, ARRT/IEMA licensure OR graduate of an accredited school of nursing, experience preferred. Current State of Illinois Licensed Practical Nurse license or Licensed Registered Nurse. CPR certification required.
