If you're a general adult psychiatrist with an independent CPSO licence, we're a perfect match because that's exactly what we are looking for!

Adult and geriatric patients will be your primary focus, but we welcome adolescent clients as well. A multidisciplinary treatment approach is utilized to ensure best outcomes for our patients. We are fortunate to have amazing resources at our disposal including social workers, psychiatric assessment nurses (PAN) and pediatricians who go above and beyond.

Steps from the hospital where 21 inpatient beds and 10 withdrawal management beds are housed, 240 Grand Ave West in Chatham is where comprehensive outpatient mental health services are provided. There's NO overhead cost for the physicians! Staff, supplies, IT services, EMR and private office space including parking is all provided at this turnkey clinic.

Located waaay down at the southern tip of Ontario (but only 3 hours from Toronto and 1 hour to Detroit), Chatham isn't called the banana belt of Canada for nothin'. We ranked 27th best in the whole country by Maclean's Magazine so even if you don't trust us yet, they're a solid source of info.

Referrals will flow easily—you'll be advertised (no charge) via the local news agencies, celebrated at the Family Medicine department meeting, and added to all GP office referral listings.

On top of your generous sessional funding payments, all call is eligible for HOCC payments of $487.94 made directly to you. Hospital call will be shared equally amongst all psychiatrists. Don't fret, our ER team is amazing so call is very light and newbies won't be given all of the holidays. Sharing is caring!
