Currently, billings do not negate FHO practices. Morever, the FFS cap has been lifted for FHO physicians in light of the current pandemic. This is a good opportunity to add FFS income on top of an existing capitation model of care.

Requirements

Licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of the province in which you reside.

Certification in the College of Family Physicians (CCFP)

Membership with the Canadian Medical Protective Association (CMPA)

Supervision may be provided for U.S. Graduates
