RN Clinical Coordinator (ED/Mid-Shift)

Under the direction of the department director, the Clinical Coordinator has responsibility for the effective implementation of the philosophy, goals, policies, and procedures of the hospital and the nursing department and their effect on patient care in the department.

Required SkillsRequires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.

Certifications:Basic Life Support (BLS)-RequiredACLS within 6 months of hirePALS within 6 months of hire

Handle with Care Certification within 6 months

Licenses:Valid licensure in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse (RN) or MSL

Minimum Work ExperienceSix (6) months of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) in a direct patient care setting unless entering into the Nurse Residency Program
