Job Description
Responsible for personnel, management, and the coordination of nursing service activities for the scheduled working shift, in accordance with established philosophy, objectives, and policies for the hospital to ensure safe, efficient, and therapeutic patient care. Relates effectively with other shifts for continuity of care and takes charge, in the absence of the Director of Nursing Services.

Minimum EducationAssociate?s degree - RequiredGraduate of an Associate's Program in Nursing - RequiredGraduate of a Bachelor's Program in Nursing - Preferred
CertificationsBasic Life Support (BLS)ACLS required - HospitalACLS preferred - TBC
LicensesValid Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the State of Georgia
Minimum Work ExperienceTwo (2) years of acute care nursing experience. Charge Nurse experience is preferred.
