Family Practice FHO

Physician retiring in rural southern Ontario. Permanent or locum position available to join two other physicians in clinic in growing community. Part of larger FHO group based out of Brantford. Walkin clinic responsibility about 1 in 29; Telus Practice solutions with virtual and online booking;

Existing physician retiring; can assume practice within growing community; wait list is being created to allow growth of practice. Can work from 3-5 days; Currently other physicians work three days weekly and help cover each other on off days; Part of larger FHO - currently 27 physicians - max of 29; walkin clinic in Brantford covering Mon - Fri evenings 5-8 pm and weekends 10am-1pm;
