Job Title: Locum Physician

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Locum Physician or Surgeon to join our team at the New Pitt Meadows Medical Clinic. As a locum physician or surgeon, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a wide range of health conditions, performing surgical procedures when necessary, and providing preventative care to patients. Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive medical care to patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of diseases and injuries.
• Perform surgical procedures as necessary, ensuring patient safety and comfort at all times.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated and integrated patient care.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in medicine and integrate them into patient care as appropriate.
• Adhere to all clinic policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal health regulations.

Requirements:

• Medical degree from an accredited institution and completion of a residency program in a relevant specialty.
• Current and valid license to practice medicine in the state.
• Proven experience as a physician or surgeon, with a strong focus on patient care and service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex medical information to patients and their families in a clear and understandable manner.
• Strong commitment to ethical practice, confidentiality, and patient rights.
