Position Summary: The Clinical Dietitian is responsible for providing accurate, timely and appropriate nutrition assessment, management and support for clients and communities in Southern Health-Santé Sud. The Clinical Dietitian applies nutrition and dietetic theory, key knowledge and critical thinking skills to strive to improve the health of clients and residents of Southern Health-Santé Sud. The incumbent exercises the appropriate level of initiative and independent judgment in determining work priorities, work methods to be employed and action to be taken on unusual matters. The position functions in a manner that is consistent with the mission, vision and values; and the policies of Southern Health-Santé Sud. This position is based out of Gladstone Health Centre, supports Third Crossing Manor, MacGregor Health Centre, Lions Prairie Manor and Douglas Campbell Lodge.
