We are seeking a full-time, board-certified/board-eligible OB/GYN to join a well-established, private practice in the city of Portland, OR. Our medical office building and L&D responsibilities are located at the Level I Trauma/Level IV NICU Legacy Emanuel Medical Center.
Our practice benefits from access to the shared resources available through our membership of the Oregon Clinic, the largest private, multispecialty practice in Oregon. The Oregon Clinic is a physician-owned group with over 230 physicians spanning 30+ specialties. Our structure fosters a supportive environment for our physicians to provide outstanding, flexible, and compassionate patient care.
We are a full-scope Obstetrics and Gynecology practice with high-volume obstetrics and robust gynecology, including an expertise in minimally invasive surgery. The autonomy of our well-respected practice provides us the flexibility to quickly adapt to the needs of the dynamic healthcare environment.

- Average 3.5 day workweek, comprised of clinic, call, and OR (majors and minors)
- Provider-driven scheduling to allow for development of interests and work/life balance
- Unlimited income earning potential
- Call rotation is 1:7 home call with the option for post-call day off or half-day
- Reciprocal back-up call system with high-quality, in-house OB/GYN Hospitalists
- Commitment to resident and student teaching in office and hospital setting
- Strong collaborations with MFM, GYN/ONC, Urogyn, general (breast) and colorectal surgery, urology
- Naturopathic Doctor, CNM, and WHNP to complement outpatient practice
- In-office operations designed to enhance patient and provider satisfaction
- Gyn Ultrasound technologists (Read by GYN Radiologists)
- OB Sonographers (Read by MFM)
- Laboratory
- In-office procedures: D&C, Hysteroscopy, SIS, LEEP, with Pro-Nox (nitrous oxide) available for patient comfort
- Partner assist for all laparoscopic, robotic, and open surgeries
- Affiliations with multiple ASCs and hospitals to optimize surgical scheduling
- Inpatient EPIC with outpatient transition to EPIC scheduled in mid-2024
- RN triage after hours to reduce physician phone call volume
- 4 weeks of annual vacation during pre-partnership and 8 weeks during partnership
- Staff-development focus with the goal for each team member to perform at the top of their license and capabilities.
We are searching for a collaborative, engaged, data-driven physician with a passion for providing the highest quality patient care.
Competitive compensation based on experience and qualifications. Ownership track typically after 3 years.
Qualifications:
- M.D. or D.O.
- Oregon State licensure eligible
- Board Eligible/Board Certified
