SUMMARY: This position provides foot care to clients in clinics and in various locations within Huron/Perth. Provide Leadership to the Foot Care team. The Foot Care Nurse is also ONE CAREs representative to the public and plays a key role in the success of all ONE CARE programs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) RN/RPN.
• Advanced Foot Care certificate mandatory.
• Experience working in community based health care system with particular emphasis in gerontology and adults with disabilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a member of interdisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a willingness to learn new skills.
• Must be available to work flexible hours.
• Current drivers license and access to a reliable vehicle and a willingness to travel.
