Join the growing team of physicians/clinician-scientists at Banner Sun Health Research Institute (BSHRI) that are setting international benchmarks in Dementia and Alzheimer's Care and Research. We're seeking a Board-Certified (or Board-Eligible) Neurologist, Psychiatrist or Geriatrician with the desire to work in a clinical, research, and educational/training setting focused on memory and cognitive disorders. This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic fellowship trained neurologist with a focus on behavioral and Alzheimers, a geriatric psychiatrist, or a geriatrician with dementia focus to join our highly trained team.
Our nonprofit mission is to make a positive impact for patients with age-related disorders such as Alzheimer's, Parkinson's disease, and Dementia. New graduates looking to be mentored in their early career are also encouraged to apply. If you have a passion for combining comprehensive interdisciplinary patient care, in a highly resourced, non-WRVU-driven outpatient setting, with clinical research/trials and teaching opportunities, this could be a great fit for you. Our nationally and internationally recognized care and research programs are cutting-edge in the industry.
BSHRI is just one of 30 NIH-funded national Alzheimers Disease Research Centers in the nation. Research at the Institute is funded by grants from such agencies and foundations as the National Institutes of Health, the Foundation for NIH, the Michael Fox Foundation, and philanthropic foundations.
The institute maintains collaborations with internationally recognized centers such as at Johns Hopkins University, Boston University, Washington University in St. Louis, Brigham and Womens Hospital and Harvard Medical School.
