Nursing Position with Community Commitment Program for Nurses (CCPN)
We are hiring full and part-time Registered Nurse (RNs) and Registered Practical Nurse (RPNs) to work in Barrie North, East, and West as part of our new PAY PER VISIT model. Sign-on Bonus up to $7,500.
This Nursing position is part of the Community Commitment Program for Nurses (CCPN) which provides a $25,000 incentive to eligible nurses in exchange for a 24-month commitment to an eligible employer https://www.healthforceontario.ca/en/Home/All_Programs/Community_Commitment_Program_for_Nurses.
We are seeking dynamic and passionate Registered Nurse (RN) and Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) who want to be part of the transformational change in home and community care by providing care in a truly client-centered approach. You will have opportunities to provide point of care leadership as the primary provider for client populations of whom you are accountable for. You will also be part of a diverse and collaborative care team that will provide services to a roster of clients in the community. You will use evidence-informed nursing knowledge, skill, and judgment and work in optimal nursing scope of practice to provide holistic nursing care to meet the physical, safety, emotional, and spiritual needs of clients and their families in their homes and communities.
