Job Title: Psychologist

The Empathy Collaborative Health Clinic is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Psychologist to join our team. This is a permanent, fee-for-service position with no on-call requirements. We are a patient-centered facility that values holistic care and the well-being of our staff. We are committed to providing the highest quality of care to our patients and are looking for a professional who shares this commitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing psychological assessments, therapy, and counseling services to our diverse patient population. They will also be expected to contribute to our multidisciplinary team through collaboration and consultation. We welcome International Medical Graduates (IMGs) to apply for this position.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological assessments and provide therapy to patients.
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on patients' needs.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records in accordance with professional standards and privacy regulations.

Requirements:

• A Doctorate in Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current registration or eligibility for registration with the relevant professional body.
• Experience in a clinical setting, preferably in a multidisciplinary environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
