OB/GYN Academic Hospitalist

Prisma Health, the largest not-for-profit healthcare organization in South Carolina, seeks a full-time BE/BC OB/GYN Hospitalist to join the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Division of Academic Generalists. Responsibilities include direct clinical care, oversight of OB/GYN residents, teaching/mentorship of medical students on labor and delivery unit, ER consults, and overseeing emergency GYN surgery deemed necessary at night. Ideal candidate will be experienced.  Prisma Health has five birthing hospitals in this region; the hospitalists may be asked to assist with coverage at any of these facilities depending on patient volume and need.
