Job Description
We have an immediate need for a Nurse Practitioner (Mental Health) to provide Mental Health assessments and primary care treatment for a range of presenting concerns in our inter-professional mental health practice.
This position will be contract (part time) to start but could develop into a full time salaried role as the medical director of our growing practice.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Masters degree in nursing with a current certificate of registration in the extended class with the college of nurses in Ontario
- NP Primary or Acute Care with at least 1 year experience providing mental health or addiction care
- Training and experience in ADHD assessments and treatment according to CADDRA guidelines
- Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certificate required; ACLS preferred
Other Assets:
- Prior training and experience in psychedelic or ketamine assisted psychotherapy
- Skilled and experienced in the assessment of autism and other neurodevelopmental disorders
- Prior experience providing assessments and treatment in a telehealth context
- Training in Internal Family Systems Therapy, EMDR, Brainspotting, Somatic Experiencing, Hakomi, or Sensorimotor Psychotherapy
- Experience submitting Special Access Program applications to Health Canada
- Experience and training in palliative care and/or critical care nursing
- Prior experience in a leadership or teaching role
