SHS welcomes staff with interest and experience in working with students with a wide range of ethnic, cultural, and gender identities.More information can be found at: https://healthcenter.ucsc.eduJOB SUMMARYThe Case Manager provides services designed to assist students in optimizing their educational experience and minimizing the impact of illness, injury, and emotional distress on their academic careers by coordinating mental health care through a network of campus and community resources.Under the direction of the Associate Director of Integrative Behavioral Health, the Case Manager provides mental health care, case management coordination, and support to the Student Health Services (SHS) and Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) clinical providers. This position will also work with a variety of Division of Student Success (DSAS) departments that serve students, as well as provide consultation services for faculty and staff in dealing with distressed students, coordinating mental health resources and services with clinical providers, residential life, and the colleges.APPOINTMENT INFORMATIONBudgeted Salary: $94,440 - $122,189 / annually if 12 months ($7,870 - $10,182 / monthly if 11 months). Salary commensurate with years of licensed experience as well as specialized skills and qualifications.Under California law, the University of California, Santa Cruz is required to post a reasonable estimate of the compensation for this role.
