Excellent practice opportunity in the heart of the beautiful Thousand Islands! 

Locum or permanent.

Lansdowne, Ontario:  Midway between Montreal and Toronto, near 401, an easy commute to Kingston and Brockville.

A great opportunity to assume a practice at St. Lawrence District Medical Centre with a flexible start date in late 2023-2024.  You will be self-employed, and independent in operating your practice.  Payment: blended capitation/ fee for service.   A turnkey operation, no investment required. The clinic is operated by a Community Board which handles all day-to-day management responsibilities.  

The roster size is approximately 1100, generating a predictable and secure income stream. The total patient population is about 2300 patients.   The clinic is staffed by two FPs,  one NP, one office nurse, and two receptionists. A collegial working  environment with a lot of positive energy.  The clinic was recently expanded and renovated.  EMR is Avaros.

Plenty of community demand for family physicians, you could expand the practice. 

INCENTIVE bonus available at signing and annually. 

The practice is part of a 10-physician FHO, affiliated with the Upper Canada Family Health Team. NPs are funded by FHT.  Opportunity in Brockville for hospitalist work, possible ER, as well as long term care in the area.
