Role Description

As a full-time pharmacist at Silver Fox Pharmacy, you will provide direct patient care, including monitoring drug therapy, preparing and dispensing medication, and accurately documenting patient records. You will also work closely with pharmacy technicians and pharmacy assistance in their day-to-day operations. This is an on-site role located in London, ON.

Qualifications

• Registered pharmacist in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists
• Bachelor's or Doctorate in Pharmacy from an accredited university
• Experience in geriatric pharmacy practice is an asset
• Experience with Kroll software and eMAR is an asset
• Attention to detail and strong communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
• Demonstrated ability to manage workloads and competing priorities
• Willingness to embrace technology and to support innovation in pharmacy practice
• Demonstrated commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
