Our client is seeking several ambitious, energetic, full-time/part-time dermatologists to join our growing team in beautiful Vancouver, British Columbia.
- The practice model is designed for maximum efficiency, which includes affording each clinician with:A team of 4-5 dedicated nurses and medical office assistants to optimize patient flow
- 5 exam rooms to support your clinic
- Access to surgical/procedural rooms
- Access to a full suite of surgical and aesthetic lasers
- A head office team equipped to handle areas such as scheduling, referrals, human resources, and billing

Role Overview
- The primary function of the Dermatologist is to provide continued, specialized care to patients with skin related concerns. The Dermatologist’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Conduct patient assessment, treatment planning and implementation, evaluation of treatments for effective outcomes
- Provide consult notes to referring family physicians for new patients
- Perform follow-up care for existing patients and/or refer to an internal general practitioner for continuation of care
- Assist with coaching nursing team to be able to provide effective patient care
- Participate in training and education opportunities provided by the company
- Adhere to company policies and protocols
- Work with marketing team to build and promote personal social media presence
- Utilize exceptional communication skills to build relationships with both patients and employees
- Potential opportunities may include a medical directorship position and/or equity stake in the company
- QualificationsMedical Degree with specialist training in Dermatology.
- Certification or eligibility with the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada in Dermatology
- Eligible for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia
- Prior experience in the cosmetic and aesthetic medicine industry an asset, but not required
