Job Description
**Principle Responsibilities:**
+ **Provide First Aid treatment to injured employees from various parts of the facility**
+ **Must be able to carry, lift and maneuver first aid response bag (weighting between 30-40 lbs.), back board, stretcher, AED, wheel chair and any other medical necessities when responding to an accident.**
+ **Administer, document and track vaccinations (including-Tetanus, Hepatitis B)**
+ **Perform Drug and Alcohol screening for Powered Industrial Truck operators, and as required**
+ **Conduct annual hearing testing for facility employees**
+ **Assist in conducting Daily restrictive duty checks**
+ **Must be able to document and maintain nursing documentation after each employee visit or communication**
+ **Must maintain a clean and orderly work area**
+ **Deliver courteous and professional communications at all times**
+ **Notify the safety department any time there is a serious accident**
+ **Must be flexible with work schedule**
+ **And any other duties as reasonably associated with the above duties as assigned**
**Working Conditions:**
+ **Combination of office setting as well as production and maintenance settings**
+ **Exposure to various chemicals, machinery and knives likely**
+ **Slippery floors, extreme temperatures and loud noise prevail**
**Requirements:**
**Education:**
+ **High School Degree/GED equivalency required**
+ **RN/LPN license**
+ **Must be able to read and write English**
+ **Spanish a plus, but not required**
**Hours 10pm -6am**
**Experience: Entry level**
**Special Skills: Computer Skills Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook**
**Relationships:**
**Internal: Daily communication with employees.**
**External: May occasionally communicate with the medical community, Third Party Administrators, etc.**
