Job Title: Physician/Surgeon

Locke Medical Clinic, a state-of-the-art outpatient and walk-in facility, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physician or Surgeon to join our team on a permanent basis. We offer flexible working days, with no on-call requirements, making this an ideal opportunity for physicians seeking a balanced work-life dynamic. Our clinic serves a diverse patient demographic, and we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. The successful candidate will be expected to work approximately 40 patient hours per week, serving a patient volume of over 500. While the compensation type is categorized as 'Other', we offer a competitive salary and benefits package, details of which will be discussed during the interview process.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive patient care, including diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
• Perform surgical procedures as necessary, adhering to best practice guidelines.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
• Participate in continuous professional development activities to stay abreast of the latest medical advancements.
• Adhere to all clinic policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal health regulations.

Requirements:

• Medical degree from an accredited institution.
• Current state medical license and Federal DEA license.
• Board certification in a relevant specialty.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
