Two medical clinics are for sale/sublease. This is an exciting opportunity for a family physician. Clinic descriptions are as follows:

Primary Care Clinic is conveniently located at 8324 160 Ave NW in an independent building with free parking. The clinic has more than 3000 registered patients and is part of Edmonton North PCN. There is also space to accommodate another business such as a pharmacy or optometrist, however this space is currently being used as our waiting area. There is an option to add more examination rooms and offices if so desired. The building is also home to a physiotherapy practice and dentist office. Primary Care Clinic hosts the following:
1. Six examination rooms fully equipped with electronic blood pressure and diagnostic set and computer printer
2. Fully EMR equipped with central server
3. Two washrooms and one large storage room
Montgomery Medical Clinic is located at 9212 95 Ave NW in the Booniedoon area across from the Montgomery Senior building and LRT. The clinic has recently undergone an extensive exterior renovation and is close to both the University of Alberta and Royal Alexander hospitals. The clinic has more than 2,500 registered patients and is next door to a pharmacy. Montgomery Medical Clinic hosts the following:
 
1. Five examination rooms fully equipped with electronic blood pressure and diagnostic set and computer printer
2. EMR Healthquest stored in server
3. Two washrooms and good-sized waiting area
An advantage to both clinics is the low operating cost. We are flexible with negotiations.
