Mount Forest Family Health Team

The Mount Forest Family Health Team is a physician-led organization providing comprehensive health care services to the communities of Mount Forest, Wellington North Township and their surrounding areas. The team works in collaboration with a number of health professionals, including Nurse Practitioners, Mental Health Therapists, Nurse Clinicians, Dietitians, Kinesiologists and more, and provides services both in-office and at Louise Marshall Hospital.
