Mountain Medical Clinic

Provides healthcare for individuals and families at community-based family practice clinics. Patients can get care from their primary care provider, either a family doctor or a nurse practitioner, and their teams. Family practice clinics provide ongoing care such as general checkups, chronic disease management, reproductive and sexual health, disease prevention, mental health and wellness, and children's health. Care at a family practice clinic is available to patients who are attached to a family doctor or nurse practitioner at the clinic.  Open Mon-Thur 10am - 4pm 

We have a team of two Family Physicians and use the Oscar Pro EMR system. We do not have a pharmacy on-site and do not offer walk-in appointments. Our office hours are Monday through Thursday from 9 AM to 4 PM, and Friday from 9 AM to 1 PM.
