Calgary Foothills Primary Care Network

Calgary Foothills Primary Care Network (“CFPCN”) is a network of family physicians in northwest Calgary and Cochrane, who collaborate with CFPCN interdisciplinary team members and programs to deliver the best possible primary care. 

Calgary Foothills PCN has established a team environment where individuals are encouraged to take initiative, be creative, and contribute to ongoing decision-making.
