Satori Health Network

Satori Health is a collaborative network currently consisting of 10 clinics, 35 Family Physicians, 14 Nurse practitioners and over 40 Specialists. We have developed a true medical home model that consists of 2 components: in-person Primary & Specialty Clinics, and a virtually provided Collaborative Health Program.  
 
Our mission is to provide comprehensive and coordinated care for all patients, and ensure they receive the proactive and preventative healthcare services they deserve while making sure they feel fully supported throughout their healthcare experience.  
 
At Satori, we make sure we utilize our physician’s time and expertise efficiently and effectively. This is accomplished by removing as much of the administrative burden they face as possible and providing them with extra support through a team-based approach.  
 
Our teams consist of well-trained health professionals that handle physicians billing, referrals and administration work. Satori physicians are also paired with their own LPNs who drive the Collaborative Health Program on their behalf, acting as patient navigators. This process creates an exceptional patient experience while adding to physicians income with little to no additional workload. Satori Physicians maintain a healthy work/life balance and can focus on what they were trained to do, which is simply care for their patients.
