Ridge Meadows Urgent and Primary Care Centre

Provides team-based care for non-emergency health concerns to individuals in Maple Ridge, Pitt Meadows, and Katzie First Nation. Offers same-day care for concerns such as minor injuries, sprains and strains, less serious child illness and injury, infections, and cuts, wounds or skin conditions.

Ridge Meadows Urgent Primary Care and Wellness Centre is currently staffed with a dedicated team of 1 Family Physician, 2 Nurse Practitioners, and 2 Nurse Intern Practitioners. We use Profile EMR and we do not have an on-site pharmacy or walk-in services. Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM. • We collaborate with the Primary Care Network to provide access to allied health services (including social work and clinical pharmacy) as well as specialized services such as a seniors’ clinic, pain clinic, memory clinic, and urgent care. To support work-life balance, we offer vacation coverage by a supportive team, with all overhead and associated staffing managed by our Fraser Health manager. • There are no after-hours or weekend requirements, and the clinic is closed on holidays. Additionally, our 2 Registered Nurses assist with complex attachments, well-baby visits, follow-up care, and wound care, ensuring a shared workload among the team.
