Invoiced only after successful hiring, split in 2 invoices
1. On hiring the candidate
2. After 3 months successful probationary period
Free replacement of candidate(s), in case a successful hire ends their employment with your organization within the first 12 months
Pricing & Professions
Success Fee*
Success fee ranges from 17% to 27%, depending on profession and volume.
Professions
Healthcare Executives, Physician Specialists, Family Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Nurses, Allied Health.
