Satori Health is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse to join our general practice clinic at Primary Plus Medical (Chaparral). The LPN will play a critical role in supporting patients, performing hands-on clinical skills, providing patient education and supporting the administrative functions of the clinic.

The ideal candidate must prioritize providing an exceptional patient-first experience and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and the ability to work with a multidisciplinary team are essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient intake, including vital signs and preliminary assessments
• Conduct and assist with clinical procedures such as wound dressings and suture removals, ear irrigations/flushes, immunizations and injections, blood glucose checks and specimen collection (urine dips, throat swabs, etc.)
• Educate patients on treatment plans, health management, and follow-up care
• Prepare and maintain clinic rooms, ensuring equipment is stocked and sanitized
• Assist in administrative tasks, including appointment scheduling and patient record management
• Support medical providers during procedures and examinations
• Coordinate patient referrals, follow-up appointments, and test results
• Serve as a point of contact for patient inquiries and guidance
• Uphold clinic standards for safety, cleanliness, and confidentiality
• Collaborate with the clinic team to ensure seamless patient care

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in a clinical setting preferred
• Current LPN license in good standing with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Alberta (CLPNA)
• Proficiency in basic clinical procedures relevant to general practice
• Experience with EMR systems (Accuro/Netcare) and MS Office
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage time efficiently and multitask in a busy environment

• Proficiency in clinical documentation and computer systems
