Primary Care Physicians

Satori Health Network is looking for a full-time and/or part-time Family Physician to join our group of Family Practices. This is a clinic network that has developed a true medical home model consisting of 2 components: in-clinic primary and specialty clinics, and a virtual collaborative health program. Our innovative model prioritizes the well-being of both patients and physicians.

We believe that healthier practitioners create healthier patients, better outcomes and improve entire communities through the outward ripple effect of good care. When you work at Satori you can expect:

We utilize our Physicians time and expertise as best we can

by removing as much administration as possible and providing support through a

team-based approach. Physicians maintain a work/life balance and can focus on

what they were trained to do which is simply to care for their patients.

Hours of work are weekday shifts for in-clinic practice and

virtual collaborative work can be done remotely whenever the physician chooses.

In-clinic physicians are supported by teams that handle all billing, referrals

and administration while being paired with their own LPN that drives the

collaborative health program on their behalf, creating added revenue with

little to no additional workload. 

Our clinics use Accuro EMR. Payment structure is

fee-for-service with negotiable split arrangements. The range of potential

full-time annual earnings is $400,000-$500,000. 

Incentives Available to the Physician: Open to offering benefits, relocation

compensation, etc.

Clinic Details: With 7 clinics in Calgary, and 3 in rural communities, we

currently have over 30 in-clinic family physicians, 14 in-clinic Nurse

practitioners and over 40 specialists on their collaborative health platform.

Most clinics operate Monday to Saturday 8am – 5pm

Requirements: 

•   College of Family Physicians Canada (CFPC) Certified

•   College of Physicians and Surgeons of Alberta (CPSA) Full Licence
